These terms govern use of AcronHR, a hosted HR and payroll platform. By creating or using a workspace, you agree to them.
The service
AcronHR provides each customer with an isolated workspace for managing their own employees — attendance, leave, payroll, recruitment, onboarding, and related HR functions. We operate the infrastructure; the customer controls the data they put into it.
Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data your organization enters, for keeping login credentials secure, and for who on your team has administrator access. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your workspace.
Acceptable use
Don't use AcronHR to store data you don't have the right to store, to attempt to access another customer's workspace, or to interfere with the service's operation.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime and take regular backups, but the service is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We'll communicate planned maintenance where practical.
Data ownership
Workspace data belongs to the customer that entered it, not to AcronHR. If a customer's account is closed, they may request an export or deletion of their data — see our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
